From enquiry to first cup in six steps

We keep the whole process straightforward from start to finish.

1 - Initial enquiry
Tell us about your business, what you currently serve and what you’re looking to improve. We’ll get a feel for your coffee, equipment and supply requirements.
2 - Consultation
We’ll talk through expected volumes, your current setup, drink requirements, budget and how you want the supply side to work. Where useful, we can also visit your site and see everything for ourselves.
3 - Tailored recommendation
We’ll recommend the coffee, equipment and supply setup that best fits your business. That could include beans, machines, consumables and an ongoing supply plan built around your needs.
4 - Installation & setup
If equipment is part of the solution, we’ll arrange delivery and installation and get everything set up properly. We’ll make sure the whole setup is ready to go from day one.
5 - Training
We’ll show your team how to use the equipment properly and get the best from the coffee. Where needed, we can also provide barista training to improve consistency, confidence and drink quality.
6 - Ongoing support
